Änderung des Textes[Bearbeiten]
Aufgrund einer Beschwerde der ADC (American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee) musste der Text des Songs „Arabian Nights“ geändert werden.
Das Lied enthielt die Textzeile: „Where they cut of your ear, when they don't like your face / It's barbaric, but, hey, it's home“. Diese Textzeile wurde geändert in „Where it's flat and immense and the heat is intense / It's barbaric, but, hey, it's home“.
Dies hatte auch Auswirkungen auf die deutsche Synchronfassung, wo die entsprechende Zeile „du riskierst deinen Kopf und sofort ist er weg“ in „und steckst du mal im Sand, kommst du dort nie mehr weg“ geändert wurde.
Zum ersten Mal kam der Unterschied auf dem Video von 1993 zum Einsatz. Die Originalversion auf CD ist heute schwer zu bekommen.
